Should you need to return a broken or faulty purchase to Vodka Emporium, please contact us to notify us that you need to return an item.

Note: we only accept returns for breakages or incorrect deliveries. When claiming for a broken delivery, you must return the bottle top (complete with security seal) to us.

Please ensure you take photos of any damaged items or packaging before returning to us or destroying.

For incorrect deliveries, again, contact us before proceeding. We will refund or replace your order as applicable.
