As you will know it’s difficult enough to control a few variables let alone many on a large-scale. For us tiny is optimum. The right choice of sugar from the mighty beet, water and yeast and that is it. It could not be a purer, more monastic beginnings. Then we let our precision dance with Fanny (our still) begin. So many vodkas claim tripled distilled this and quadruple filtered that. When conditions are spot on, once is enough and once is perfect.
When sculpting English Spirit a lot of time was spent cutting the vodka, deciding what strength was right. We were told that 54% could not be avoided and it was organoleptic heaven! A toosh firmer than most, but you’ll find out why when you are sipping
