Ordering Information
Ordering online through the Vodka Emporium is a fast and simple process.
Browse our products section to find the drinks you would like. Click on the product link to view the full details on each product. Once you are happy with your choice, click the 'BUY NOW' link.
You will now be redirected to the Basket/Shopping Cart. Here you need to select the Country where you would like the order delivered to. By doing this, shipping costs will automatically be calculated for you at the next stage.
Choose a Country and click OK. The next stage is the Shopping Cart where you can review your order, amend quantities and enter a Promotional Code if you have one. (Sign up to our newsletter to receive these). If you insert a Promotional Code or amend quantities, click the RECALCULATE button.
Once you are happy, click the CHECKOUT button.
When the CHECKOUT has loaded please be careful to type your address details exactly as they appear on your Credit or Debit Card statement. Incorrect information can result in your order failing.
Please add a contact telephone number as this will assist our delivery team when delivering your order.
Once all your details are typed, read then click to accept our terms and conditions before clicking the button at the very bottom of the screen to input your card details.
We use NOCHEX to process our card payments. You do not need to have a NOCHEX account to use this service.
Once your card details have been entered, have a final check of the information before completing your order.
You will then see either an ORDER COMPLETE page or an ORDER FAILED page. If the order was successful you will be emailed an invoice for your records and a receipt from NOCHEX.
When your order is shipped you will receive a DESPATCH CONFIRMATION email.
All that is left to do now is to enjoy your purchase!
